Rom Riccio is a Durham Region real estate broker with a practical understanding of homes that extends well beyond buying and selling.

Before entering real estate, Rom owned and operated a masonry business and gained extensive hands-on experience with construction, renovations and house flipping. That background helps him recognize potential concerns, identify worthwhile improvements and advise clients on where spending money may—or may not—make sense.

Having personally experienced the challenges involved in renovating and selling homes, Rom understands that every real estate decision carries both a financial and emotional impact. He believes clients deserve straightforward advice, clear communication and a realistic understanding of their options.

Rom works with buyers, sellers, seniors and families throughout Whitby, Brooklin, Oshawa, Pickering and the surrounding Durham Region. As a Broker and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), he understands that some moves involve more than simply changing homes. They may include downsizing, estate planning, family decisions or major life transitions that require patience and thoughtful guidance.
